While the room was generally clean and spacious, I found some hair in the bathtub and on the sheets, which was unpleasant. The location felt safe, but it was noisy at times, especially with trains nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive when I raised my concerns about the cleanliness.

Didn't like anything, except rude staff.

Clean sheets made the stay somewhat bearable.
The room had water bugs coming from inside the walls. The sheets were stained with black markings, and the comforter had a hole in it. Additionally, the bathroom was neglected, with a dirty tub and a missing drain stopper. This made for a very unpleasant experience.

Perfect for Solo Travelers
The day manager and front desk agent Kimberly made me feel like royalty during my stay. I lost my keys once and 3 weeks later they had them waiting for me, that kind of service is hard to find. Plus the rooms are well kept and super comfortable.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the quality I received.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my solo trip. I appreciated the kitchenette for cooking meals, making my stay more convenient. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room comfortable in the Texas heat. Staff members greeted me with friendly smiles during check-in. However, the air conditioner made a bit of noise, which was slightly distracting at night. Some areas of the hotel could use a little updating. Overall, a good base for my time in San Angelo with easy access to local eateries. I'd consider staying here again.

San Angelo's food scene is a must-dive! Ban Moon's creative salads are like art on a plate, and El Paisano's tacos? Straight-up fiesta in your mouth. The staff here was welcoming and check-in was smoother than a Texas two-step! Plus, the room was clean and spacious.
